Competence - is the ability of an individual to do a job successfully and efficiently by possessing a set of defined behaviors that provide a structured guide enabling the identification, evaluation and development of the behaviors in individual employees.
Accountability - is the responsibility of employees to complete the tasks they are assigned, to perform the duties required by their job, and to be present for their proper shifts in order to fulfill or further the goals of the organization.

Productivity - is an average measure of the efficiency of production. It can be expressed as the ratio of output to inputs used in the production process. The quality, state of being able to generate, create, enhance, or bring forth goods and services.

Integrity - the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. Consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes. It is a personal choice, an uncompromising and predictably consistent commitment to honor moral, ethical, spiritual and artistic values and principles. Regarded by many as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one’s actions.
