A

Competence  - is the ability of an individual to do a job successfully and efficiently by possessing a set of defined behaviors that provide a structured guide enabling the identification, evaluation and development of the behaviors in individual employees.

Accountability - is the responsibility of employees to complete the tasks they are assigned, to perform the duties required by their job, and to be present for their proper shifts in order to fulfill or further the goals of the organization.

Magnanimity – means greatness of mind; that  dignity of soul, which encounters danger and trouble with tranquility and firmness, which raises the possessor above revenge, and makes him delight in acts of benevolence, which makes him disdain injustice and meanness, and prompts him to sacrifice personal ease, interest and safety for the accomplishment of useful and noble objectives..

Productivity -  is an average measure of the efficiency of production.  It can be expressed as the ratio of output to inputs used in the production process.  The quality, state of being able to generate, create, enhance, or bring forth goods and services.

Creativity -  the process of producing something new and valuable  that is characterized by originality and expressiveness and imaginative.

Openness - emphasis is on transparency and free unrestricted access to knowledge and information as well as collaborative or cooperative management and decision making.

Flexibility - characterized by a ready capability to adapt to new, different, or changing environment or requirements.

Integrity -  the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. Consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes.  It is a personal choice, an uncompromising and predictably consistent commitment to honor moral, ethical, spiritual and artistic values and principles.  Regarded by many as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one’s actions.

Resourcefulness - is the ability to overcome problems or to make do with what is available to create a solution. Having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.

Social Responsibility - is an ethical theory that an entity, be it an organization or individual, has an obligation to act to benefit society at large.  It is a duty every individual has to perform so as tomaintain a balance between the economy and the ecosystems.

Teamwork - the work done by people who work together as a team to accomplish something.
